Job Title: Facilities Administrator (Part time/ Flexible)

Reports to: Facilities Manager

Total Hours: 20 hours

Rate of Pay: €15.00 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09.30 am pm

Location: Cork City

Who we are:

ISS Ireland Limited, part of a leading global provider of facility services, operating on a key account in Cork City are now recruiting for a part-time administrator role, based in the city centre.

The Role:

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in a fast-moving administration environment.

Working closely with the site management, this role will primarily focus on supporting the wider team on various administration duties and would be ideally suited to candidates that are highly organised, work well on their own initiative, with prior workplace / facilities experience

Main Duties

Office Support – Fulfilling various ad-hoc requests and re-directing inquires and supporting the wider team within the facilities department

Docket Scanning – Management and scanning of shipping dockets

Record Keeping - Maintaining and organizing files, training records, updating registers and following up with wider team to close off any gaps

Daily and Weekly Reporting – Access various portals to compile data and send out email updates

Financial – Inputting to and updating various portals

Your experience

* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong numerical skills a distinct advantage
* Ability to work independently to focus on priority tasks but also a team player that can support the wider function

Qualification Required : No formal qualification required

Experience Required : Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or in a role with transferrable skills

* Understand how ISO fits into daily business operations.
* Read, understand and work in accordance with the company's HSEQ Policies.
* Complete tasks in accordance with company HSEQ procedures and work instructions

Other Features of the job

It may be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours, including weekends and sometimes more than contracted hours. As part of your job, you will be expected to attend training events and/or meetings and travel to other locations may be required. Local requirements will govern your patterns and locations of work.
