About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Site Manager
to lead the delivery of an exciting
Active Travel Project
in
North Dublin
. The project includes the construction of new cycleways, footpaths, and associated public realm improvements aimed at promoting sustainable transport and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilisation to completion.
* Manage subcontractors, labour, and material resources efficiently.
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and in line with specifications and standards.
* Coordinate with the project engineer, design team, and client representatives.
* Maintain detailed site records, reports, and progress documentation.
* Enforce company health, safety, and environmental policies.
* Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with DMURS, TII, and NTA standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Management role within civil engineering or infrastructure.
* Proven track record delivering road, cycleway, or public realm projects.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent knowledge of health & safety management and QA systems.
* Full clean Irish driver's licence.
* Relevant construction management or civil engineering qualification(s)
* Have a track record on delivering Civil Engineering projects in Ireland
