Property Sales Lead
We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to lead our property team in Limerick.
About the Role:
This is a key position within our national sales team, reporting directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, business development, and commercial management for developments primarily in the Limerick region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to attract interest and generate leads;
* Create engaging property adverts and promotional materials;
* Negotiate pricing and provide expert guidance to interested parties;
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity;
* Leverage digital marketing tools to reach new audiences;
* Support senior leadership with strategic sales initiatives.
Requirements:
* Third-level degree qualified in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related discipline;
* Minimum 4 years' relevant sales experience in the property/real estate sector;
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications and knowledge of marketing principles;
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales targets and KPIs;
* Full and clean driving license.
