Operational Manager
This role involves day-to-day operational management of facilities soft-services on-site, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Monitoring staffing issues to ensure staff are fully trained and motivated.
* Managing contracts with service companies.
* Coordinating all soft services contractors working under the company's scope.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Ensuring PMs and Work Orders are completed on time.
* Managing Risk Assessment and Safe Plan of Actions.
* Providing feedback on contractor performance.
* Communicating with customers when services could be compromised.
