We are looking for a full-time KITCHEN PORTER to join the team.
Requirements
* Working hours 8am - 4pm 5 days a week.
* Drivers License necessary
* Helping Chefs, set up and set down
* Loading and unloading van for delivery
* Empty rubbish bins
* Washing all cookware, utensils, cutlery etc.
* Keeping all kitchen work spaces, floors, shelving clean
* Keeping food storage areas, fridges, and dry stores clean and organised.
* Following HACCP guidelines and a regular cleaning schedule.
* Using dishwashing machinery and cleaning chemicals correctly and in line with training.
* Cleanliness/Organisation is essential in this role
* Effective teamwork and communication skills is essential
