Cpl Healthcare is delighted to announce our partnership with a reputable social care provider whose mission is to support young people in reaching their full potential and integrating into the community. Due to continued service expansion, we are currently recruiting Social Care Workers for permanent positions based in Two Mile Borris, Co. Tipperary
The successful candidates will provide a direct, child-centred service to young people under the age of 12, in line with the policies, procedures, and care standards set out by our client. You will work as part of a dedicated and supportive team committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children and young people.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Relevant qualification in Social Care (minimum Level 7)
2. Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable
3. A minimum of 6 months' experience within the social care sector (placement experience will be considered)
4. Full, clean driver's licence preferred
5. Knowledge and understanding of HIQA standards
6. Flexibility to work across a 24/7 shift pattern, including days, nights, evenings, and weekends
