A growing Irish business is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join its finance team.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping and scaling the accounts payable function in a fast-moving environment.
The position will suit a technically strong AP professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and working closely with senior finance stakeholders.
The Role Lead and manage the full accounts payable process from invoice to payment Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency across AP Ensure accurate invoice processing, reconciliations, and month-end support Maintain strong internal controls and compliance Lead, develop, and support the accounts payable team The Candidate 57 years experience in accounts payable or accounting roles Minimum 5 years experience managing or leading AP teams Proven experience improving or transforming AP processes Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume workloads Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders at all levels The Rewards Salary €60,000 €65,000 Pension and healthcare Generous annual leave Hybrid working Skills: Accounts Payable Invoice Process Improvement Reconciliations
