A growing Irish business is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join its finance team.
This organisation is in a strong phase of growth and development, with a focus on improving systems, processes and ways of working across the finance function. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping and scaling the accounts payable function in a fast-moving environment.
The position will suit a technically strong AP professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and working closely with senior finance stakeholders.
The Role
Lead and manage the full accounts payable process from invoice to payment
Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency across AP
Ensure accurate invoice processing, reconciliations, and month-end support
Maintain strong internal controls and compliance
Lead, develop and support the accounts payable team
The Candidate
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing or leading AP teams
Proven experience improving or transforming AP processes
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume workloads
Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders at all levels
