Who Should Apply?
This role will suit candidates currently working in risk consulting, internal audit, or advisory roles who are looking to step into an Assistant Manager position within a supportive and growing firm.
Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in risk consulting, internal audit, or a similar environment
Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CPA or IIA) or working towards qualification
Strong experience in internal controls, risk management, and audit processesExcellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset

Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the Risk Consulting Director, you will play a key role in delivering client engagements while supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to the overall growth of the function.
Responsibilities

Client Engagement – Liaising with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders across multiple projects
Project Management – Scheduling and managing risk consulting assignments to ensure deadlines are met
Team Leadership – Supervising, reviewing, and mentoring junior team members
Process Review – Assessing systems and controls to identify risks and improvement opportunities
Reporting – Preparing high-quality reports with actionable recommendations for senior review
Team Development – Supporting the growth and development of the team as the function expands
Best Practice – Keeping up to date with industry developments and applying best practice methodologies
