The Online Operations team are responsible for driving the optimum online shopping experience for retailers and their customers. What you'll be doing: Offering our retail partners an exceptional level of service at all times and supporting them to drive sales as well as maintaining day to day demands and requirements (offering slots and service for customers) Liaising with stores and presenting data via Teams calls/phone/mail to improve operations and drive profitability/efficiency, as well as furnishing stores with regular insight from operational KPIs such as Sales and NPS. Also dealing with store issues on day to day basis. Monitoring sales performance to identify and highlight improvements that may be made to further grow the Online Shopping business Working with wider Online Team/associated teams (marketing/Digital Ops, etc) on key customer improvement projects Contributing to the roll out of new fulfilment initiatives Ongoing inbound query and issue management (helpdesk calls) and close out via Servicenow, Fexco & RSC What we'er looking for: Relevant experience gained within a retail/operations environment Previous experience of working with Retailers Self-starter with strong project management skills. Good problem solving mindset and ability to work on own initiative when required Ability to compile gathered data into clear, structured reports, and present (via Powerpoint/Teams), with a good working knowledge of Word/Excel, and Power BI Good team player Commercial acumen and comfortable working with, and driving, Key Performance Indicators as set by the Online Team.
