About our Recruitment and Onboarding Processes
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Advisor to support the delivery of exceptional recruitment and onboarding experiences for our candidates.
This role involves providing administrative assistance in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate sourcing, offer letters, contracts, and coordination with various departments.
You will also represent us at career fairs, assist with new starter inductions, recruitment training, and manage recruitment-related administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administration and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and be able to adapt quickly to new tools. Experience in managing recruitment-related invoicing and tracking payments is also desired.
Additionally, you will:
* Manage new starter documentation and coordinate with departments such as Payroll, IT, Plant, and Training to ensure smooth onboarding.
* Handle right-to-work checks and manage the onboarding setup in Success Factors.
* Coordinate interview schedules and issue offer letters and contracts to successful candidates.
* Maintain recruitment and onboarding trackers to monitor the progress of candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Attend career fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events to promote career opportunities.
* Provide general administrative support as required, including the management of ad-hoc tasks related to recruitment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree qualification in a relevant field.
* Minimum of 1-2 years' administration experience in a recruitment or HR team.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior managers and candidates.
* Flexibility to undertake ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
* A full, clean Irish driving license and your own vehicle for attending career fairs across Ireland.
