Joining Entity at this stage is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of gaming.About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to take full ownership of the experience and interface design for Entity's browser-based gaming platform and HUB. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of the product, shaping an ultra-modern, slick platform that brings together multiple games with social features, live and game events, streaming, notifications, and platform-level meta systems — all in one cohesive, intuitive experience.You'll own design end to end, from early concepts through to live implementation and iteration. We're looking for someone deeply in tune with what modern users expect from best-in-class platforms across games, social products, and e-commerce, and who knows how to turn complex systems and large amounts of information into clean, accessible, and engaging experiences. You'll be a self-starter who sets the quality bar, moves fast, and works closely with product and engineering to ship and evolve a platform that feels fresh, modern, and unmistakably premium.Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end UX/UI design of Entity's browser gaming platform and HUB, from early concepts to live release and iterationDesign a modern, slick, and highly polished user interface that reflects best-in-class standards across games, social platforms, and digital marketplacesDefine how complex information and systems are structured, prioritised, and presented to users in a clean, accessible wayDesign platform-level features such as:Game discovery and navigationSocial systems (friends, activity feeds, presence)Live events and game eventsNotifications, calls to action, and engagement loopsStreaming, viewing, and meta-content experiencesEstablish and evolve a scalable design system suitable for a multi-game platformCollaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs in productionUse research, best practices, and trend awareness to inform design decisions and improvementsIterate on live designs based on data, feedback, and evolving platform needsRequirements:5+ years as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong focus on digital platforms rather than isolated products or marketing sitesDemonstrable experience in the games, entertainment, or closely related interactive media spaceA strong portfolio showcasing:Platform or system-level UX designClean, modern UI designThoughtful handling of complex information and user flowsDeep integration of social systems (not just sharing to social platforms)Deep understanding of current UX/UI trends across social platforms, e-commerce, and games ecosystemsStrong product thinking, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraintsExperience designing responsive, web-based productsAbility to work independently, take ownership, and drive work forward without heavy oversightExcellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisionsNice to have:Experience designing for live-service products or platforms with ongoing content updatesExperience designing platforms in the games or entertainment spaceFamiliarity with motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping for interactive systemsExperience working closely with engineering teams on modern web technologiesBackground in player-centric or community-driven productsWorking ConditionsThis is a remote-first position, allowing employees to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection, a suitable home-working setup and within +/- 3 hours GMT timezone.
