Project Lead
This role is pivotal in aligning project deliverables with organizational objectives and adding value through structured project execution.
Key responsibilities include:
* Directing the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of Transport & Infrastructure Projects from inception to closure
* Coordinating resources, managing timelines and finances, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
* Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, in accordance with contractual requirements and within budgetary constraints
Qualifications and skills required include:
* Civil Engineering, Construction Management Degree or a relevant trade certification
* Experience in Construction Contracts, particularly Public Works Contracts
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to develop close working relationships with clients and subcontractors
