Responsibilities: Processing supplier invoices Generating payment runs & allocation of payments Bank reconciliations Supplier account reconciliations Preparing weekly management reports- cashflows, gross profit calculations, KPI reports, etc Assisting with the preparation of management accounts monthly VAT &, PAYE/PRSI returns Liaising with external auditors in relation to statutory accounts What you will need to succeed: Experience working within a similar role - 5 years minimum Ability to workindependently Ability to meet weekly/monthly deadlines Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Skills: Month end reporting Accounts Payable Revenue submissions Book-keeping Bank Reconciliation
