Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team in County Kerry.
1. Reporting directly to Senior Management, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
2. You will ensure accurate financial statements, oversee audits, control costs and support strategic decision-making for the company's financial health.
3. This is a hands-on position that requires strong leadership and communication skills as well as excellent analytical abilities.
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in financial services or with relevant industry based experience. They should also possess strong knowledge of financial regulations reporting standards and risk management. The salary for this position is competitive and negotiable depending on experience.
The successful candidate will lead the finance team providing guidance training as needed liaising with external auditors banks and other financial institutions ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements preparing monthly quarterly annual reports managing internal controls processes developing business case analysis enhancing the overall efficiency effectiveness resilience accuracy reliability.
