Support Worker Role
The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality care and support services to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.
* Assisting clients with their personal plans and goals
* Providing support in community settings
* Aiding clients in developing education and life skills, as well as achieving personal outcomes
* Supporting clients with domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and accompanying them to appointments and social events
This position requires adherence to all relevant company policies, standards, regulations, and codes of practice. Flexibility with shift work is essential, including working over 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
No specific qualifications are required for this role; however, a degree in Social Care or Healthcare (Level 7/8) or a related field is necessary for those seeking to become registered Social Care Workers. Relevant life experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
