Our mission is to deliver engaging, innovative experiences that reward players for their time and gameplay.As we continue to scale, we are building a strong Live Operations function to drive engagement, retention, and long-term value across our user base.Role OverviewAs ourLiveOps Manager, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing the Live Operations strategy within the MoneyTime app. You will drive user engagement, retention, and monetization through compelling in-app experiences, including time-limited events, challenges, promotions, and personalized campaigns.You will work closely with Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to deliver coordinated, data-driven initiatives that enhance the player experience and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLiveOps Strategy & ExecutionDefine and own the LiveOps roadmap in alignment with product and business objectivesPlan, launch, and manage in-app events, challenges, and promotional campaignsEnsure smooth execution and ongoing optimization of all live contentData-Driven OptimizationTrack, analyze, and report on key KPIs such as retention, engagement, revenue, and churnUse A/B testing and analytics to evaluate LiveOps performanceTurn insights into clear recommendations and improvements for future initiativesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to plan and execute campaignsWork closely with Analytics to interpret performance and forecast trendsCollaborate with Customer Support to incorporate player feedback and resolve LiveOps-related issuesOperations & PlanningOwn and maintain a LiveOps calendar across events, promotions, and updatesMonitor live features and campaigns, identifying and mitigating risks in real timeStay up to date with mobile gaming LiveOps best practices, tools, and trendsWho You AreExperienced: 2+ years in LiveOps, game operations, mobile product operations, or a related role (experience with loyalty, rewards, or free-to-play mobile apps is a plus)Data-Driven: Comfortable using analytics and experimentation to guide decisionsPlayer-Focused: Strong understanding of player motivations and engagement loopsCollaborative: Effective communicator who works well with cross-functional teamsOrganized: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
