This role will support recruitment across Cork, Tralee, and our Care Village, helping us attract and retain exceptional talent to deliver outstanding patient care.

The Role
* Partner with managers across multiple sites to deliver effective recruitment strategies
* Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
* Support onboarding and induction programmes to set new hires up for success
* Ensure compliance with employment law and recruitment policies
* Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote Bon Secours as an Employer of Choice
Qualifications and Experience
* Essential: Third‑level qualification (NFQ Level 7+) in HRM or related field; OR QQI Level 5/6 with substantial relevant experience
* Desirable: CIPD qualification; Postgraduate HR qualification
* 3+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a complex organisation
* Strong knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance
* Experience with Workday or similar ATS
* Healthcare recruitment experience (desirable)
