Job Title: Project Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and critical paths using planning software.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate progress reporting and programme updates.
* Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to manage programme expectations.
* Provide regular progress reports, forecasts, and dashboards to management and project teams.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety standards, environmental requirements, and project specifications.
* Identify potential risks to the programme and propose solutions to mitigate delays.
Requirements:
* A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination within the construction or civil engineering sectors.
* Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and project lifecycles.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse project teams.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of contract forms such as NEC or similar is an advantage.
