We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our Finance team in Kilkenny. This role offers strong long-term career potential and is ideal for someone who can combine analytical capability with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear guidance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the annual budgeting cycle, leading forecasting activities across multiple business areas, and developing financial models. They will also carry out detailed variance reviews to support performance assessment, produce clear reporting and dashboard insights, and highlight emerging trends or potential risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in finance, economics, business or a related field; professional accounting qualifications an advantage
* At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting and budgeting preferably within a multi-department environment
