Job Role
We are seeking a skilled Graduate Quantity Surveyor to play a vital role in our cost management, procurement, measurement, and commercial reporting.
* Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities, take-offs, and cost estimates for ongoing projects.
* Support the procurement process by obtaining quotations, preparing tender comparisons, and assisting in awarding subcontract packages.
* Track and report project costs, variations, and progress, ensuring accurate and timely commercial information is provided to senior QS staff.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior surveyors in a dynamic environment and gain hands-on experience and develop technical skills.
