The team advises on complex regulatory, administrative, and investigatory matters for clients across sectors such as energy, healthcare, financial services, technology, and the public sector.The RoleYou will work on a wide range of matters, including:Advising on administrative and public law, statutory interpretation, and information law (FOI, environmental access, and data privacy)Supporting administrative law litigation, including judicial review and statutory appeal proceedingsAssisting with regulatory investigations, inquiries, and statutory complianceDrafting legal opinions, court documents, correspondence, consultation papers, and public body policies or guidanceCollaborating with internal cross-sectoral teams, including privacy and charities specialistsSupporting senior lawyers in managing complex client mattersThe Person1–5 years PQE, with experience in litigation, regulatory law, or related practice areasStrong legal research, drafting, and analytical skillsClient-focused with the ability to manage multiple matters effectively under pressureExperience with regulatory or public bodies is advantageousCollaborative, proactive, and keen to develop specialist expertise in public and regulatory lawWhy This RoleThis role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, impactful matters in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
