Job Description
The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment team by identifying, screening and registering suitable candidates to meet client requirements efficiently.
This role is central to maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and delivering a professional candidate experience consistent with industry standards.
* Candidate Sourcing & Attraction: Source candidates through job boards, databases, LinkedIn referrals and social media. Write engaging job advertisements that align with company branding. Proactively build and maintain candidate talent pools for key sectors (e.g., hospitality industrial commercial).
* Screening & Registration: Conduct telephone and online screening to assess suitability availability right-to-work status. Verify candidate documentation Schedule interviews inductions training sessions where required Maintain accurate GDPR-compliant records of all interactions
