A successful Contracts Administrator is required to manage the financial and contractual aspects of projects.
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate commercial tender submissions and negotiate with bidders.
* Value progress on site for interim certificates and ascertain amounts due to contractors for price variations.
* Determine proposed instructions and draft responses to contractor correspondence.
* Analyze claims and expedite contractors' insurances, bonds, and collateral warranties.
Qualifications:
* Quantity Surveying Degree or similar qualification is essential.
* Multisectoral experience is highly valued, along with the ability to work on complex issues and report clearly.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in pre- and post-contract duties is required.
* Excellent organizational skills are necessary, with the ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines.
* Strong reporting and communication skills are also essential.
