What You Will Do:
Our Technology Solutions Group is a dynamic, fast-paced environment with exciting changes under new leadership. We are seeking a candidate to build scalable applications supporting Portfolio Management, Compliance, Finance, Data Governance, Operational Risk, and Human Resources teams. You should have in-depth technical knowledge of Java or Python, strong SQL skills, and comfort working with large internal and external datasets. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and impact.
* Combine CI/CD and Reliability engineering functions for our software systems on AWS and Azure platforms.
* Collaborate with development teams to understand design challenges, propose solutions, and assist in implementation.
* Identify opportunities for self-service automation of CI/CD processes and tools, ensuring continuous high-velocity software delivery through DevOps automation.
* Develop automated infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, source code management, and new operational collaboration methods.
* Implement service metrics to track system reliability, performance, and efficiency.
* Gather end-user requirements and develop metrics for Web apps, Data analytics, and ETL processes, establishing SLO/SLA, performance measurements, and failure mitigation strategies.
* Utilize programming languages such as Python, Shell/Power scripting, Groovy, GO, JavaScript, and Terraform frameworks.
* Bring strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork skills, and an agile mindset, along with a passion for new tools and technologies.
What You Will Bring:
* 3-5 years of proven experience in DevOps, Platform, or SRE Engineering.
* Experience deploying, managing, and monitoring services in AWS/Azure.
* Hands-on experience with source control (Git, GitHub) and feature branching strategies.
* Experience with CI/CD orchestration tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
* Understanding of networking, DNS, routing, and messaging between services.
* Experience with microservice architectures and building observability for services.
* Knowledge of software development best practices and industry trends.
* Familiarity with software engineering domains such as Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, Shell, Infrastructure-as-Code, Configuration-as-Code.
* Experience with issue tracking (Jira), package managers (pip, npm), build tools (Gradle, Maven), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and deployment tools (CloudFormation, Ansible, Terraform).
* Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
* Strong communication and documentation skills, with an ability to address both technical and business audiences.
* Excellent initiative, curiosity, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

* AWS and Azure Cloud Certifications.
* Experience in application development with Python, Groovy, JavaScript.
* Ability to learn new skills proactively.
* Familiarity with application security domains (SAST, DAST, SCA, xSPM).
* Financial industry experience.
