Leadership Role in Residential Care Homes
The Team Leader is a pivotal member of the management team, providing crucial support to the Registered Manager to ensure high-quality care and services for residents with learning disabilities.
This challenging yet rewarding position requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead and guide staff members effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with the management team to ensure effective service delivery
* Supporting the Registered Manager in meeting regulatory requirements
* Providing leadership and guidance to staff members
* Assisting with training and development opportunities for staff
For this role, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care.
Key skills and qualifications for this position include:
* High level of competency in IT, including Microsoft Office packages
