As a Health & Safety Trainer at Holland Group, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our relationships with existing public sector clients, ensuring their success, and identifying growth opportunities. This role offers the perfect balance between managing client accounts and driving business success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver accredited and bespoke Health & Safety training programmes, ensuring learning objectives are met through engaging, practical, and effective teaching methods.
Develop and deliver training in line with industry standards, legislative requirements, and client needs.
Ensure all training complies with current Health & Safety legislation and best practice guidelines.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training through learner feedback, assessments, and continuous improvement activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, training methodologies, and industry best practices.
Support client relationships by offering professional advice, identifying training needs, and recommending suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate training records and administrative documentation in line with company standards.
Promote a positive and proactive Health & Safety culture in all training and client interactions.
Requirements:
QQI Level 6 Training Delivery & Evaluation.
Relevant certifications for specialised training (e.g., First Aid Instructor, Manual Handling Instructor).
Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering Health & Safety Training.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and training best practices.
