CTFL Consulting Engineersis seeking aPart-Time Administrative Assistantto provide structured, reliable, and professional administrative support to management and the wider consultancy team. The role is central to the efficient day-to-day operation of the practice and supports the delivery of high-quality professional engineering services through effective administration, coordination, and communication.Key responsibilities include managing correspondence and shared inboxes on behalf of management, prioritising communications, responding where appropriate, and escalating matters as required. The post-holder will format, proofread, and maintain a range of documentation, including letters, reports, meeting notes, project bids, and project-related records, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal procedures and professional standards. The role includes assisting management with the preparation and organisation of documentation required for ISO accreditations,audits, and ongoing compliance activities.This is ahybrid part-time role. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site for the first two monthsto support onboarding, familiarisation with internal systems, and integration with the consultancy team. Following this period, there is potential to transition to a hybrid working arrangement, combining on-site and remote working, subject to operational requirements and performance.Qualifications & AttributesExperience working in an engineering, construction, or consultancy environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Familiarity with basic invoicing platforms, expense processing, or project administration.Experience supporting senior management or technical professionals.Understanding of quality management systems or compliance processes within a professional practice, including exposure to ISO standards.Holds a Full Category B Driver's Licence in IrelandAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
