Field Service Engineer
Large Irish leader in the hire and sale of forklifts and material handling equipment, with a turnover in the millions and growing headcount are seeking a Field Service Engineer for the Munster region.

With a growing headcount of staff and continued demand from their customers in commercial, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical manufacturing, our client is currently seeking a Field Service Engineer for the Munster area. Role:
Working out of the Limerick HQ and covering the Munster and south Leinster region predominantly, the successful forklift engineer will work closely with the service manager and will be tasked with the service, repair, and maintenance of our client's forklifts on customer sites. You will be liaising with production and warehousing managers in the manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and builder provider sectors, to name a few. For this field service engineer position, we are looking to speak to candidates who ideally live in or close to Limerick and who meet the following requirements:
* Ideally, you will have a mechanical qualification, e.g. trade/qualification such as construction plant fitter, mechanical fitter, Agri mechanic, HGV mechanic, etc. or equivalent experience.
* Forklift and material handling experience is a distinct advantage.
* Previous experience working in a field-based service role is desirable; however, this is not essential.
* You must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and you must be customer service oriented.
* Full driver's license is required.
