Assistant Store Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to support our Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
This role involves assisting in managing stock levels, merchandising, and inventory control, ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and food safety regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analysing store performance metrics, implementing improvements where needed, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues to maintain satisfaction.
They will also train, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and contribute to the planning and execution of promotional activities.
Requirements include previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within the grocery or retail sector, strong leadership and communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high standards.
