Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dublin. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cost Management & Budget Control: Lead all cost planning, budgeting, and financial management activities across residential projects.
* Procurement & Tendering: Manage the full procurement cycle, including preparing tender documentation and negotiating terms with subcontractors.
* Measurement & Valuations: Oversee project measurement, prepare interim valuations, manage variations, and ensure timely submission of payment applications.
