Project Supervisor Role Summary
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee engineering upgrade works, site improvements and installation projects.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for coordinating small in-house teams and supporting the delivery of site-based engineering projects.
* Plan and manage small-to-medium-scale engineering works on-site
* Supervise a team of tradespeople across fabrication and electrical disciplines
* Coordinate task scheduling, materials and daily work activities
* Support health & safety compliance and ensure safe systems of work
* Report progress, issues and timelines to senior site engineering staff
* Assist with resolving technical faults or breakdowns where needed
* Prepare and amend basic technical drawings using CAD tools
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing, construction or industrial environment
Knowledge of stainless steel fabrication and welding
Familiarity with electrical systems in a plant or industrial setting
Ability to work from and modify technical drawings (AutoCAD)
Solid IT skills (MS Office, scheduling and reporting tools)
Strong communicator and problem-solver with a practical mindset
Relevant technical qualification in engineering, fabrication or similar
