We are delighted to partner with a prestigious Real Estate Asset Manager who are growing its Dublin team and hiring a Fund Manager to work closely with the Head of Investment Mgmt.
THE ROLE:
* Co -ordinate the quarterly valuations process, including liaising with external valuers
* Analysis of valuation portfolio data to enable quarterly reporting
* Ability to prepare investment and development appraisals and refurbishment options for various projects
* Updating quarterly valuation and performance reports and presentations
* Work with Head of Investment Management, when required on key investor reports, Fund reporting and general market research
Requirements
o Chartered Surveyor having completed the valuation pathway.
o At least 5 years' relevant experience.
o Results focused with strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
o Pro -active with experience working on own initiative in a busy working environment.
o Advanced working knowledge of Argus, MS Excel and Powerpoint.
