As we continue to scale, we are seeking a technically strong Financial Reporting Manager to enhance our reporting capabilities and support the next phase of growth.Reporting to the Head of Accounting and Reporting, the Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, and strengthening reporting processes in a fast-paced, asset-intensive environment. This is a high-impact role suited to a technically strong accountant who thrives in a growth environment.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the month-end close, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and embedding strong financial controls.Ensure compliance with IFRS, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including productions of FS via Workiva.Manage quarterly and year-end audits liaising with external auditors.Oversee consolidation of multiple entities and SPVs.Prepare technical accounting memos and support complex transactions.Enhance financial reporting processes, controls, and documentation.Drive improvements in reporting systems and automation.Lead, mentor, and assist in developing the wider accounting team.Core CompetenciesStrong IFRS and statutory reporting background in a multi-entity environment.5 years +PQE, with a demonstrated track record of leading a team.Solid experience with group consolidation and complex accounting matters.Aviation experience required.ERP systems expertise and advanced Excel capability.Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and naturally curious about the story behind the numbers.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and entities.Self-motivated, looking to help build and grow the business.Role will be based in Dublin.Salary plus competitive benefits available - to be discussed as part of the interview process.
