Cardiac Nurse Specialist

- Cath Lab for Hospitals in Dublin & Cork locations, Ireland. Responsibilities:
* Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients take nursing histories, assess and document patient needs, develop individualised care plans according to hospital policy.
* Observe and record patient signs, symptoms, and behaviours; evaluate and document changes, interventions, and outcomes in a professional and timely manner while maintaining confidentiality.
A minimum of one year of experience in Cardiology or Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory is preferred. Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team showing motivation initiative responsible for ensuring efficient workflow high-quality patient care demonstration strong planning organisational time management skills communicate clearly professionally with patients families colleagues present information concise compassionate manner
