Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Property Inspector Manager. As a key member of our Property Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring all Simon Community buildings are maintained through an effective auditing programme. This includes identifying and implementing corrective actions, developing asset management strategies, and reporting on the condition of properties.
The Role:
* Complete annual Stock Condition Survey with sinking fund improvement plan developed and implemented;
* Carry out annual building audits on all Independent units with the improvement plan developed and implemented;
* Carry out bi-annual audits on all volunteers' houses, staff accommodation, offices, shops and warehouse units with improvement plan developed and implemented;
* Complete quarterly audits of Service Buildings including Emergency treatment long-term supported housing with improvement plan developed and implemented;
* Implement an Asset Management Strategy over rolling lifecycle program, establishing predictive maintenance programs that help ensure asset performance remains optimal throughout its life cycle.
