HR Business Partner – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Role Summary
This role is offered on a fixed-term maternity cover basis (minimum 12 months), and candidates must be available to commit to the full contract duration.
This is an HR Business Partner role where you will support a defined business unit, providing both strategic and operational HR support to drive performance, engagement and retention.
Location: Dublin (hybrid 3 in 2 wfh)
Reporting to: Senior HR Business Partner
Contract: Minimum 12-month fixed term contract
Responsibilities
Partner with the Business Unit leadership team to deliver the people strategy
Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
Lead workforce and resource planning to ensure future capability needs are met
Support and coach managers on performance and probation management
Develop and implement employee retention initiatives
Lead and advise on disciplinary investigations and hearings
Drive talent management and succession planning with clear action planning
Prepare and present HR updates, data and people metrics at leadership level
Oversee the annual pay review process
Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance across the business
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
Experience
Strong experience in an HRBP or senior HR Generalist role
Strong influencing, coaching and presentation capability
Resilient and confident, able to operate in a dynamic environment
Experience with HR systems (e.g. HRIS platforms such as Advanced HR or similar)
Qualifications
Relevant third-level qualification in HR, Business or related discipline
