* Main Responsibilities:

* Provide customers with clear product information and answer queries related to orders, stock availability, deliveries, and invoices.
* Efficiently handle returns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Candidate Profile:
* Essential Requirements:
* Native or near-native fluency in German and advanced English (C1/C2).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
* Previous experience in order entry, customer support, or a strong interest in developing a career in customer service.
