Job Summary
Reporting to Lead, Marketing, the Executive shall be responsible for administering and creating social media content for the Football Association of Singapore.
Job Description
* Administer and create engaging and viral social media content to make it #trending
* Assist with streamlining social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to ensure uniform content and tone of voice
* Collaborate with other teams to create social 'buzz' regarding upcoming matches, events and campaigns
* Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking and audience identification to achieve marketing targets
* Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics
* Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metric insights and best practices and then acting on the information
* Conceptualize new ways to promote FAS and optimize its pages to connect with audiences
* Perform community building proactively by monitoring and replying to followers to ensure FAS offers the best userexperience
* Any other duties as assigned by Lead, Marketing
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related discipline
* Prior experience in sports social media management will be an advantage
* Creative, curious and analytical
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive team player with a high level of initiative
* Interest in marketing, communications, social media and reputation management
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills; with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Fast learner and hands-on with a positive attitude
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
* Basic proficiency in Photoshop and editing programs such as Premier Pro, Aftereffects are a plus
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as required
