Our client is a global IT and outsourcing company in Clonmel. They are currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their team on a 12-month contract.
Your new role
As the Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing employee engagement, employee care initiatives, and handling employee grievances. The key areas of responsibility include tasks such as employee engagement, retention, and feedback, as well as managing employee grievances and ensuring compliance with company policies and laws.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you will have at least 4 years of HR experience in a corporate environment. You will have strong experience in end-to-end employee experience, engagement and communication packaging. Forecasting techniques, strong analysis and reporting experience. You will also possess knowledge of employment law, dealing with employee relations issues, and working in high-volume and high-pressure environments.
