About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions and personal. The ideal candidate will be a strong timekeeper, multitasker, an excellent communicator, and a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient workplace.
* Supervise and support Event Team and Management, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
* Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Support HR functions including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating staff training.
* Manage office budgets, invoices, and petty cash.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes where required.
* Assist with event planning, team activities, and internal communications.
* Implement and maintain office systems, procedures, and policies to improve efficiency.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
* Experience with HR or finance administration is an advantage.
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and flexible approach.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
* Relevant professional certification (e.g. CIPD, ILM) is an advantage.
