As an Assistant Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care to individuals who require support in reaching their full potential.
* Support people with daily routines, community activities, and living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
* Familiarize yourself with organizational policies and procedures, adhering to standards and codes of practice.
This role involves working a 7-day roster, including shift work, bike-to-work scheme, and refer/retain friend bonus. Discounts are available nationwide.
Requirements
* No qualification is required for this position (training provided)
* Social Care Workers require a Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or a related discipline (registered with CORU)
* A Full Driver's Licence is required or in the process of being achieved
