About Your New Job
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Public and Regulatory Solicitor (2–3 years' PQE) to join a leading Dublin firm as part of their expanding Public and Regulatory team.
You'll advise a broad range of professional and regulatory bodies on investigations, enforcement, disciplinary proceedings, and public law matters, gaining exposure to complex and high-profile cases. This role offers strong career progression, autonomy, and the chance to work within a collaborative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise regulatory and professional bodies on fitness to practice and disciplinary matters
* Prepare and present cases before disciplinary committees, boards, and tribunals
* Advise on Superior Court litigation, including judicial review and statutory appeals
* Provide advice on statutory interpretation, regulatory powers, and compliance issues
* Manage competing priorities while maintaining excellent client service standards
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 2–3 years' PQE in Public, Regulatory or Administrative Law
* Experience in litigation, particularly judicial review, is highly desirable
* Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
* Strong communication and client relationship management skills
* Commercially aware, proactive, and organised with strong attention to detail
* Team player with the ability to manage a busy workload independently
Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:
* Regulation of financial or technology service providers
* EU regulatory law (particularly in the financial or technology sectors)
