Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

This exciting opportunity for an experienced HR practitioner will see you work directly with a client to provide strategic and operational HR support. The role involves managing employee relations including investigations, third-party hearings and union engagement.
The successful candidate will have at least five years' experience in human resources, preferably within a public sector organisation or consultancy capacity. A CIPD qualification is required alongside excellent project management skills, interpersonal abilities and strong communication skills.
