Role Overview
As Project Manager, you will manage day-to-day delivery of the project from planning through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, support commercial management, and act as a key point of contact for the client and design team.
Key Duties
* Assist in preparing and updating project programmes with the Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour on site.
* Ensure all works comply with health & safety standards and company procedures.
* Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.
* Support cost control, variations, and subcontractor management.
* Maintain clear communication with the client, design team, and stakeholders.
* Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
Candidate Requirements
* Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
* 5+ years’ construction experience, with at least 2–3 years in a project management or site management capacity.
* Strong technical knowledge of building processes and project delivery.
* Ability to coordinate teams and subcontractors effectively.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and project planning software.
