Vacancy ID : 040025 Closing Date : 24-Apr-2026 12:00 Vacancy: 040025 - International Pathways Coordinator (Confined Competition) Contract: Permanent Salary: Staff Officer salary scale: €52,240 - €62,482 (based on rates effective 01/02/2026) The Pathway Coordinator role will support the International Affairs Manager in the coordination of the international pathway programmes of the University, particularly from Chinese university partners but also in other markets including Canada, South Korea and elsewhere. This will include: The coordination of the academic requirements of the programme between the Faculties of the University, appointed programme/module coordinators and the international partners The registration of students to the appropriate programmes at SETU Monitoring of Exam Results and working with Exams Office to ensure that they are accurately recorded Ensuring relevant financial arrangements are monitored and managed Maintenance of the pathways register In addition, supporting tasks related to student recruitment and general international marketing will be undertaken. The successful individual will, in conjunction with the International Affairs Manager, assist in the establishment of new international partnerships, whilst also developing and maintaining existing partnership relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across SETU's academic and professional services departments, to ensure that SETU meets its strategic targets in relation to Internationalisation and is in compliance with all relevant policies & procedures as well as pastoral care guidelines such as those stipulated under the Trust Ed Quality Mark. The post may involve some overseas travel for coordination and quality assurance visits.
