Our Cork City team is expanding and we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team at this exciting stage of our journey. This role will be based in our Cork City office.The successful candidate will work alongside a leading team providing exceptional service to our clients. They will work to deadlines and support other members of team where needed.Key Responsibilities:Ensure day to day client files are completed correctly and within the timeframes and requirements setSupport junior team members with questions and queries to ensure accurate work is producedDeliver client work of the highest standards and ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirementsEnsure the correct client documentation is received in a timely and efficient manner to ensure deadlines can be metHandle client requests and queries in a manner that promotes client loyaltyRecord own chargeable time and ensure all billable hours can be recoveredPrepare client paperwork (Accounts, tax, PAYE, VAT) within allocated deadlines to allow timely submission to RevenueKey Requirements:3+ years general accounting practice experienceACA/ACCA qualified or in progressAn in-depth knowledge of Accounting StandardsAdditional Requirements:Leadership skills with an ability to superviseExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsSelf-starter who can critically analyse and assess informationXeinadin was established in 2019 when a number of leading business advisory and accountancy practices across the UK and Ireland came together to re-imagine the future of accountancy.
