Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Technical Specialist. Based in Dublin, the position allows for a combination of on-site work and remote flexibility. The Technical Specialist will provide technical support to resolve issues, assist customers, troubleshoot problems, and ensure a smooth user experience. The role requires effective communication with internal teams and external clients to deliver tailored solutions and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to assist clients and maintain positive interactions
* Analytical Skills to evaluate problems, identify patterns, and implement effective solutions
* Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Prior experience in a technical or customer-facing role is advantageous
* Technical certifications or familiarity with industry tools is a plus
