Our client, a multinational medical device manufacturer, is currently looking for a
Planner
to join their team on a
12-month fixed-term contract
.
This is a full-time, on-site position based outside of
Waterford City
.
Key Responsibilities
Plan key product production to support manufacturing.
Update monthly production volumes in ERP and maintain forecasts in VMI.
Monitor and manage inventory levels for critical SKUs.
Prioritise production schedules and issue operational reports as needed.
Provide available-to-promise dates to markets and distribution centres.
Support new product setup, master data changes, and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with Purchasing, NPI, and Operations to maintain accurate MRP and supply master data.
Ensure cGMP compliance and contribute to departmental reporting and tier management.
Requirements
Planning or Business related degree or equivalent experience.
Ideally 2-3+ years planning experience.
IIPMM / AIPICs qualified is an advantage.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Advanced knowledge and comfortable using Excel.
Knowledge of ERPLx or similar ERP systems is desirable.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and ability to work on own initiative.
