As a result of significant growth within our retail operations, we are now inviting applications for the role of Parts Advisor based in our Naas Road BMW Retail Centre.
Previous experience is a must for this role.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
* Providing a high level of service to meet both technicians & customer's parts requirements
* Observing and ensuring compliance with BMW Ireland standards for the proper management of the parts department
* Handling parts enquiries in person, by telephone & by email
* Ordering, tracking, receiving & identifying stock & checking in goods from suppliers
* Store items in an orderly & accessible manner in parts department & ensuring accurate identification of parts
* Maintaining an excellent working relationship with colleagues in all departments
* Delivering high levels of customer service through efficient communication
* Being highly organised and able to work on your own initiative
* Workining to deadlines and targets
* Ensuring cleanliness & tidiness of work areas at all times
* Enhancing the reputation of the Frank Keane Group at every opportunity when interacting with others
Key Competencies:
* Previous experience essential
