We're looking for a Policy Administrator to join our Dublin-based Operations team on a permanent basis. About the Role As a Policy Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate handling of policy-related activities. Working under the guidance of the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for entering transactions into the policy management system, maintaining accurate client records, and liaising with external parties when further documentation or clarification is required. Key Responsibilities Process policy transactions with precision and within expected timeframes Maintain up-to-date, accurate client records Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders Provide administrative support for claims processing Ensure internal process documentation is current Contribute to team efforts and assist colleagues as required What We're Looking For A second-level qualification Experience in an administrative role with strong attention to detail Good problem-solving skills and the ability to follow established processes Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluency in Italian and a good command of English Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Professional and courteous approach when dealing with clients and colleagues Skills: Policy Administrator
